Our Soft Winter Wheat is dryland grown by a fifth-generation farmer, on the hills of the famous Rattlesnake Hills AVA. Sweet toffee nose, cocoa nib, and spiced apple notes.

Made with malted barley with a touch of lightly smoked barley this straight bourbon whiskey carries a subtle grassy freshness from lighter toasts, harmonizing seamlessly with the depth of traditional malted barley.
