Our Soft Winter Wheat is dryland grown by a fifth-generation farmer, on the hills of the famous Rattlesnake Hills AVA. Made with Bloody Butcher Corn, a heritage farm heirloom variety. Single barrel production, sweet and balanced, with hints of cocoa and chocolate.
