The most commonly asked question at our distillery “why is that gin yellow?" We chose to add only distilled juniper and leave it alone in other words, we did not distill it again to remove the color. More of a bathtub style gin, ahummm, at 84 Proof. Try it and you will understand why Ginny Says “Just Juniper please!”

A blend of Hood River Valley’s famous Honeycrisp and heirloom apples is double distilled in our 40-gallon copper pot still and aged in Troncais oak barrels for 2 years, then blended with our pure mountain spring water fed from Mt. Hood, Oregon.

Our Grape Brandy is made of up to 10 different wines is traditionally distilled once in small batches. This basically is an Armagnac style of brandy. The result is a more fragrant and flavorful brandy. Long aging in oak barrels softens the taste and causes the development of more complex flavors such as notes of smoke, nuts, candied fruit, and spices.

Made from the pressings of pomace from our estate grapes. Double distilled in our 40-gallon copper pot still and aged for 2 years, then blended with our pure mountain spring water fed from Mt. Hood, Oregon.

Made from 100% Bloody Butcher Corn, a heritage farm heirloom variety. Single barrel production makes this a very special and limited bourbon. 
Slightly sweet nose with notes of spicy vanilla, oak, and a beautiful peppery finish.

Nothing but cherries. This is a limited-edition vodka. Why? There is a reason the world doesn’t distill pure 100% cherries. It’s difficult, but the resulting liquid is pure essence of Hood River Oregon cherries and is worth every drop. No flavorings added.

Our distinctive High Rye Straight Bourbon Whiskey is crafted with the rare and resilient Cougar rye, an heirloom variety that once adorned the plains before wheat's dominance.  Infused with Bloody Butcher Corn, this whiskey offers a rich, complex profile that pays homage to a forgotten era. Caramel and barrel spices with a clove finish.
